Mr. Sharat Ladha was born in Kolkata on 16th September, 1967. He received a degree of B.com (Hons.) from Calcutta University in the year 1988.

Mr. Ladha joined the Sister concern of Rosewood Projects (P) Ltd. namely “Mohan Pictures & Theatres (P) Ltd.” in the year 1988 and since incorporation of Rosewood Projects (P) Ltd., he is looking after the various activities of the Company where he is responsible for looking after the entire affairs of the Eastern region. He is one of our sincere and workaholic Executive of the Company. He is capable of taking his own good decisions for the benefit of the company. He is in sole charge of our Kolkata Office and has shown appreciable performance as far as affairs of the eastern region is concerned.
