Mr. B.N. Jha was born in Madhubani, Bihar on November 19, 1962. He received a Master of Commerce degree from Lalit Narayan Mishra University, Dharbhanga.

Mr Jha joined Rosewood Projects (P) Ltd. For looking after the various activities of the Company where he was responsible for transforming the Company into a Group strategy. Before joining Rosewood he worked with Messrs VHEL Industries Ltd. (Electronics) A Kolkata based Company manufacturer for hybrids and double Module Cards as officer–in-charge.
