Mr. Satya Prakash Bagaria, is a Commerce graduate from Kolkata University. He has an experience of several decades in business. He started his career with his father Late B.M. Bagaria, one of the renowned Solicitors of Kolkata from 1963 to 1975. In 1975 he started a firm namely “Peacock International” in which business of export and trading of Steel was made. Exports of Tamarind was made to Iraq. Exports of Building Material was done at Republic of Maldives. This Firm was established with a view to do export oriented business which continued for about 5 years but due to freeze in the market he opted to start another business of Cinema Exhibition in a small town named Santipur West Bengal where he started running Cinema theatre in the name of Susree Cinema. since 1980. He is managing these Cinema Halls under his company Mohan Pictures & Theatres (P) Ltd. He is the Managing Director of this company. This Company’s 100% shares are controlled by Bagarias. This Business is running very smoothly.

In the Year 1997 his son joined him in business Under his Leader ship his son got trained in business. His son Harsh Vardhan Bagaria imported the trenchless technology machine in which he assisted him in finance as well as paper formalities and giving him general guidance. Under his guidance his son got identity in this field. He is also Director of several other companies. He is an experienced businessman who has seen ups and downs in his life and he knows the values of honesty, sincerity and dedication.
